Delivery Information

The forwarder we use depends on the country it is being shipped to. You will always see the current forwarders for your country and postal code at checkout. In almost all cases, we ship your order within 24 hours, or the next business day. This means you will have your items within 1-3 days.

The shipping cost, which depends on weight and sometimes the size of the parcel, is calculated automatically and shown at checkout.

Damaged/missing shipment

If your shipment is damaged in transit or if a parcel is missing, you must notify us immediately. We have a maximum of 7 days to file a claim with the forwarder. If we do not manage to do this in time, we will also not be able to accept a claim from you.

Delivery

You will be asked for identification or a signature upon delivery. If you have ordered home delivery and the carrier cannot deliver your items, they may be returned to the nearest pickup point or freight terminal. You will then be contacted with instructions on how you can collect your parcel(s). If we or the carrier cannot reach you for delivery/pickup of your parcel, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be canceled. Please contact us if you want to arrange a new delivery in these cases. In some instances, you as the customer are responsible for extra costs when we have to book a new delivery after the items have been returned to us.

Delivery times

All delivery times on our website are estimated approximate times. We always strive to meet these times but are not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts to the customer. Sometimes orders take longer to complete and some products may be out of stock in our and our suppliers' warehouses.

If your delivery has not arrived as expected or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will help you.

Returns and refunds

If you want to cancel all or part of your order, this must be done within 14 days. Please contact us. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions for your case.

If you want to cancel your purchase within 14 days, you can return the item to us, but you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Contact us for instructions.
