Deliveries

Delivery information

We mainly use Schenker and DHL as our delivery partners. In the vast majority of cases we dispatch your order within 24 hours, or on the next business day. This means you will receive your items within 1–3 days.

The shipping cost, which depends on weight and sometimes parcel size, is calculated automatically and shown at checkout.

Some items may be temporarily out of stock from our express warehouse. In those cases it can take between 3–15 days before the items arrive to you as a customer.

We currently deliver only to USA. Shortly we will also accept orders from the rest of the Nordics.

Damaged/missing shipment

If your shipment is damaged in transit or if a parcel is missing you must notify us immediately at support@unitehockey.com. We have a maximum of 7 days to file a claim with Schenker or DHL. If we do not manage to do this in time, we will not be able to accept a claim from you.

Delivery

You may be asked for identification or a signature upon delivery. If you ordered home delivery and the carrier cannot deliver your items they may be returned to the nearest collection point or freight terminal. You will then be contacted with instructions on how to collect your package(s). If we or the carrier cannot reach you for delivery/collection of your package the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled. Please contact us at support@unitehockey.com if you want to arrange a new delivery in these cases. On some occasions you as the customer are responsible for additional costs when we need to book a new delivery after the items have been returned to us.

Delivery times

All delivery times on our website are estimated approximate times. We always strive to meet these times but are not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts to the customer. Sometimes orders take longer to complete and some products may run out at our or our suppliers' warehouses.

If your delivery has not arrived as expected or is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@unitehockey.com and we will assist you.

Returns and refunds

If you wish to cancel all or part of your order, this must be done within 14 days. Please contact us at support@unitehockey.com. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions for your case.

If you want to cancel your purchase within 14 days, you can return the item to us but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Contact us for instructions.
