Welcome to Unite Hockey! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Unite Hockey. Unite Hockey operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). Unite Hockey is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when you use the Services.

All product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantity of any product we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Unite Hockey reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Unite Hockey has confirmed that we have received it. We must have received and processed your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Unite Hockey may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price of a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and is stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices in our online stores may differ from prices in physical stores, online stores, or other stores operated by third parties. We may, from time to time, offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions different from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use the credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred on your behalf will be paid by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred on your behalf at the stated prices, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes, if any.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs processing, or events beyond our control. When we hand the products over to the courier, title and the risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Unite Hockey, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

Unite Hockey's name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Unite Hockey or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without prior written permission from Unite Hockey. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to third-party customer tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or influence over.

Unite Hockey is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all purchases and sales you make in our store are made directly with Unite Hockey. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Unite Hockey, including any losses or damages arising from purchased products and services. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Unite Hockey.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unite Hockey, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees payable to a third party, arising out of or resulting from (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to give prompt notice does not relieve you of your obligations unless you have suffered material prejudice. We may control the defence and settlement of such claims at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You shall cooperate in the defence of indemnifiable claims, including by providing relevant documents.

You and Unite Hockey consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website regularly for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services after changes to these Terms of Service have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 24 – PAYMENT
We offer the following payment methods:
- Qliro - Invoice and instalment payments (Nordics)
- Shopify Payments - Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and local payment methods
- Swish – available to customers in USA
- Vipps - available for customers in Norway
- MobilePay - available for customers in Denmark and Finland
Payment is made at the time of order unless otherwise stated. All prices are stated in the respective country's currency including VAT.
SECTION 25 - COMPLAINTS
If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to make a complaint. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, however no later than three years from the time of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We will pay the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
SECTION 26 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises and we cannot resolve it by mutual agreement, you as a consumer have the right to обратиться to:
